It has been known as a centre for knowledge based on the rich heritage of Hindu Vedic Culture dissipating various steams of knowledge through Vedas, Ayurveda, being one of them. Ayurveda means science of long and healthy life. Ayurveda defines health as spiritual, emotional and physical well being and absence of any disease.
