Production Unit for Tufted:- 3 production units at different sites with 140 frames in different sizes. Total covered area provided to tufted 10000 sq. ft.

Production unit for Dhurries:- 3 Production Units with 20 looms. Total covered area provided to Dhurries 9000 sq. ft. 

Production unit for Indo-Nepal:- 3 Production Units comprising of 74 Looms of various sizes. Total  Covered area provided to Indo-Nepal 13000 sq. ft.

Achievements

The company has been awarded by CEPC at the Pragati Maidan Fair for the best collection of Dhurries in the year 1994, the one and  only year our company participated in a fair.

The company is equipped with a full design center and specializes in handling custom Projects.

HISTORY AT A GLANCE

In the year 1979 four brothers of the Pandey family children of a famous doctor with various other business activities in the field of medicine and absorbent cotton wool manufacture decided to venture into manufacture and export of carpets

The very year a firm by the name of Aryan Export was born. With the backing and support of the government of India held H.H.E.C. of India Ltd [then representing M/s Paterson Flynn & Martin through their New York office by the name of Sona] exclusive manufacturer of Dhurries were undertaken to the exclusive designs of Patterson Flynn and Martin. 

With a positive growth  Aryan Exports, succeeded in becoming the best volume and quality supplier to Patterson Flynn & Martin through H.H.E.C. of India Ltd. 

In the year  1982  on shifting of the dhurrie manufacture base to Romania by M/s Paterson Flynn and Martin the company pursued to direct export of its products  and associated   itself with the then a rising dhurrie company M/s Kas Oriental rugs Inc. raising its production manifold with distinction.

In the year 1986 through a family settlement the firm Aryan Export was reconstituted as Aryan Carpets Pvt. Ltd and later to Aryan Carpets  Ltd as sole proprietor  of Aryan Exports.

With growth in business the company established a modern dyeing plant for dyeing carpet woolen  yarn also  constructed a modern captive production unit to produce hand knotted hand tufted carpets and hand woven dhurries.

Since 1982 we have been Exporting our produce to various countries of Europe and the United States of America. With everything In house emerging from Dyeing, Weaving, finishing by skilled artisans, reflecting our unwavering commitment to the superior quality of the finished product. The outcome of the system is fascinating; exclusive hand tufted, hand knotted carpets and hand woven dhurries. We have stringent Quality control measures and the capability to meet the requirement of our customers. We aim to achieve and sustain excellence in all our activities and constantly strive to achieve complete customer satisfaction through continuous improvement in our system.
